To better utilize the functionality of Support Services, we have put together the following informative resources to help you out. All support requests are handled in the order they are received. Please allow sufficient time for a response before sending message again or calling for phone support. Please go through Support Guidelines before contacting support.
Support Guidelines
We request that all users observe the following guidelines when requesting technical support otherwise no email will be entertained:
- Contents must be in English language and complete
- Must Provide GA/GAID except in case of retrieving the GA/GAID
- Must send email to admin@goldmineint.com or use Email Support
- In case of emails, attachments must be with same email with relevant content
- If the answer is covered by Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
